  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the wet mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Fold in the dry ingredients just until incorporated.
